  • Minor ink spots, threads, or irregularities in prints and weaves are not considered defects, but a part of handmade/handloom processes.

3. Pricing and Payments

  • All prices on the website are listed in INR (Indian Rupees).

  • We reserve the right to update prices, product descriptions, or discontinue items without prior notice.

  • Accepted payment methods include Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and other payment gateways listed at checkout.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer free shipping across India.

  • Orders are typically delivered within 3–4 working days via our shipping partner Delhivery.

  • Delivery timelines may vary based on location, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Return & Exchange Policy

  • All sales are final. We maintain a strict No Return & No Exchange policy.

  • Exceptions apply only in cases of physical damage during transit, subject to the following:

    • Report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the order.

    • A clear unboxing video showing the damaged item and shipping label is required.

    • Upon approval, return shipping may be arranged, and a refund or store credit will be issued.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before shipping begins.

  • Once the shipment process has started, cancellations will not be accepted.

  • For cancellation requests, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email.
