1. Shipping Charges

  • We offer competitive standard shipping rates per item.


2. Delivery Timeline

  • All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

  • Delivery is usually completed within 3–5 working days after dispatch for most locations across India.

  • Some remote or rural areas may experience slightly longer delivery times depending on courier availability.


3. Courier Partner

  • We partner with Delhivery/DTDC, one of India’s leading logistics providers, to ensure reliable and trackable delivery of all our orders.


4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be sent to your registered email or WhatsApp number.

  • You can track your shipment status anytime using the link provided.


5. Delivery Attempts

  • The courier will make three delivery attempts. If the delivery fails after multiple attempts due to unavailability or incorrect address, the product may be returned to us.

  • In such cases, reshipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.


6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address, contact number, and pincode are accurate and complete while placing the order.
We will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details.


7. Delivery Delays

While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Weather conditions or natural disasters

  • National holidays or lockdowns

  • Courier service disruptions

In such cases, we will keep you informed and work to resolve the issue at the earliest.


8. International Shipping

Currently, we do NOT offer international shipping. Orders can only be shipped within India.


9. Damaged Parcels

If your parcel appears to be tampered with or damaged upon delivery, please refuse to accept it and inform us immediately via WhatsApp or email with supporting photos. We will address the issue promptly.
